No Spend February! Meal Plan Week Four!

I’m excited that this is the last week of our challenge. There are a items that we have used up, including salt, roasts and my coffee creamer. I have to be creative with the menu this last week, but we will still have plenty of variety.

Meal Plan Week of February 22-28
Chicken Noodle Soup
Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
Slow Cooker Wild Rice & Lentil Soup (from Fix-It and Forget cookbook)
Spaghetti with red sauce, mixed vegetables
Frozen Pizza
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, homemade tomato soup

For breakfast:
Oatmeal
Cold Cereal of choice
Egg & cheese omelettes
Toast with jam or butter

Lunches for Kids:
The kid’s lunches will be challenging this week since we ran out of tortillas (their favorite.) I will probably repeat these meals throughout the week.
Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, baby carrots, bananas
Homemade lunchables with crackers, cheese slices and sandwich meat, sliced oranges and dried tomato chips
