I LOST IT & I DON’T WANT IT BACK
I am so excited, I have lost 10 pounds in the last eight weeks of this training and diet! I’ll admit I was skeptical when my trainer recommended a low carb, no processed sugar diet, but it has done wonders for me. I’ve always exercised and have counted calories over the years, but nothing has seemed to really shed the pounds like this diet change.
When I first started this healthy lifestyle change, the diet was tough, but it got easier. Now, I feel so energetic and actually enjoy the new foods I’ve started eating. Many of my Mom Saves Money Facebook fans raved about the low carb diet and some lost 60+ pounds. Now, I am also a believer. My husband and I booked a 10-year anniversary trip to Mexico late this fall and I can’t wait to rock some cute dresses after all this hard work. (Thank you coupons and living frugal for allowing us to pay cash for the trip!)
WEEK 8 TRAINING SCHEDULE
My trainer asked me to take it easy this week, since I was recovering from a pretty nasty one inch gash I got in my leg. It is healing well, but taking a few days off was just what I needed.
Day 1: OFF
Day 2: 15 minute run
Day 3: 30 minute run
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: 45 minute run
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: Light strength training of choice
