Omaha Performing Arts 2015/2016 Season!

Do you love live theater and Broadway shows? The Omaha Performing Arts is bringing some of the hottest Broadway acts to Omaha in their 2015/16 season.

This Broadway season includes:
Kinky Boots – October 20-25, 2015
Dirty Dancing – November 17-22, 2015
Disney’s Newsies – February 16-21, 2016
Rodger’s & Hammerstein’s Cinderella – March 15-20, 2016
The Phantom of the Opera – April 20-May 1, 2016

You can purchase tickets to all five popular Broadway shows starting at just $165! That’s only $33 for each Broadway show!

I had a chance to meet and interview two of the actors from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera, Eric Ruiz and Celia Hottenstein. They performed for us during the season announcement and were very impressive! Eric Ruiz’s lifelong dream was to perform in The Phantom of the Opera, a show he saw as a young boy. His dream became a reality and the passion he has for the show is contagious when you see his performance. This is a show you won’t want to miss! Amazing!

I also met the Newsies and they are a fun group of guys! This show was a 2012 Tony Award winner for Best Score & Best Choreography with lots of dancing and lively music from Disney.
