I started this website over eight years and decided that everything I share online will remain positive, educational and inspirational. Even in my personal life, I choose to share positive messages and fun stories.
I’m not that old, but I do remember the days before smartphones and social media. The days when we got our news from the daily paper and if you wanted to talk to someone you called them on your wired telephone and hoped they were home to answer or walked over to their house.
Now, there is so much information online and so many ways to connect instantly with social media. I wish all of it was positive, but unfortunately, negativity creeps in too often. There were quite a few times last year, I couldn’t even scroll through my social media pages because the news was so disturbing. I had to stop myself from reading comments and getting upset over it.
We will never go back to the what I consider the ‘simple days’, but I can choose to remain positive and share inspiring, funny or feel good messages every day online and offline.
