- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with silpat or parchment paper.
Trim and halve your Brussels sprouts, then toss in a bowl with avocado oil and everything but the bagel seasong. Stir to coat.
Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Mix the honey and brown mustard until thoroughly combined.
When sprouts are done, remove to a bowl and coat evenly with the honey mustard mixture. Serve immediately.
