Baked Acorn Squash

Simple & delicious sweet baked acorn squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Acorn Squash
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, remove stems and cut squash lengthwise

  2. Scoop out seeds and membranes

  3. Place squash side down on baking tray and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes

  4. Remove squash and flip over on tray. Make small slits in the squash and add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp brown sugar per acorn squash half

  5. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until fully cooked

  6. Enjoy!
