Cheesy Hashbrowns
Ingredients

bag hashbrowns (any style, but I’m partial to southern style)
16
oz
. sour cream
4
tablespoons
butter
¼
tsp
salt
1
can cream of chicken soup
½
onion (optional)
½
lb
sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
½
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 400. When baking, stir it a couple of times if you can.
