medium potatoes (peeled and diced into 1" chunks)

kale leaves (destemmed and chopped)

heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Combine sausage, onions, potatoes, chicken broth and all the seasonings in a 3 quart or larger slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are done.
Add chopped kale and cream 1 hour before serving and continue to cook on low.
Serve hot directly from slow cooker.

Recipe makes 10 - 8 oz servings.
