Making Cheeseburgers in the Oven
Ingredients
- hamburger patties
- seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, etc.
- cheese - cheddar, pepper jack, colby, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a roasting pan, place hamburger patties.
- Season both sides of the patty as you normally would. I do salt, pepper, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce.
- Bake until mostly cooked - about 15 minutes.
- Top the patties with cheese slices. Bake just until the cheese is melted - 2-3 minutes.
