Slow Cooker Ground Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 16 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables (I use the one with corn, green beans, peas, carrots)
  • 3-4 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 8 cups beef broth or 8 cups water + 8 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (optional, but I love!)

Instructions

  • Brown meat with onion and drain.
  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours - the potatoes just need to be tender.
  • Enjoy!
