Chocolate Mint Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Hiland Dairy chocolate mint milk or any flavored milk
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add salt, corn starch and Hiland Dairy flavored milk to saucepan.
  • Whisk constantly over medium-high heat until thickens - approximately 6-10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Pour pudding into individual serving sizes (about 1/2 cup per serving) and cover.
  • Chill in fridge for 1-2 hours and serve.
