Ingredients
vegetable oil

bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2
onion, cut into bite-sized pieces

pounds
steak, thinly sliced
2
teaspoons
minced garlic

teaspoon
minced ginger

cooked rice (2.5 cups uncooked)
Stir Fry Sauce
1/3
cup
soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
1/3
cup
water
2
tablespoons
sugar

tablespoons
cornstarch
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, water and cornstarch. Save for later.
Heat a little bit of oil in large pan over medium heat.
Add the peppers and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, until just barely tender. Remove and set aside.
Add a little oil, the garlic and ginger to the pan. Add the steak and cook for 5-6 minutes until just barely done.
Place the peppers & onions back in. Pour the sauce in.
Bring to a simmer. Cook for just a few minutes and then serve over rice!
Notes
I often use sirloin steak when it's on sale!
