Slow Cooker "Baked" Egg Casserole

- 12 eggs
- 1 28 oz bag of tater tots
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
- 2 cups ham diced
- 4 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Coat the bottom and sides of your crock pot with oil or butter.
Layer tater tots, onion, cheese, ham and spinach in the bottom.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot.
Set it to low and cook for 5-8 hours, then serve!
