Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 28 oz bag of tater tots
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
  • 2 cups ham diced
  • 4 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Coat the bottom and sides of your crock pot with oil or butter.
  • Layer tater tots, onion, cheese, ham and spinach in the bottom.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot.
  • Set it to low and cook for 5-8 hours, then serve!
