Ingredients
2headsRomaine lettucechopped
12grape tomatoesquartered
1small white onionchopped
2dill pickleschopped
1/4cupshredded carrots
1lbground beef
1/2tspeach of saltpepper, onion powder, garlic powder (I don’t actually measure when I season this, so add more or less to taste.)
Thousand island dressing
Instructions
Prep your lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles and set aside.
In a fry pan, cook your ground beef and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. When it has cooked through, drain excess grease and set aside.
Assemble your salad with Romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, chopped pickles, and cooked beef and drizzle with Thousand Island Dressing. Enjoy!
