Ingredients

salmon filet

cup
soy sauce
or soy or coconut aminos for gluten free

Tbsp.
sesame seed oil

Tbsp.
honey
1
Tbsp.
minced garlic

tsp.
fresh ginger root

cayenne
Instructions
Combine the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, honey, garlic, ginger root and cayenne in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add salmon to the bowl and make sure it is fully submerged in the marinade. Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes to 3 hours prior to baking.
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper.
Place salmon on baking sheet, and bake for 13-15 minutes until it is flakey but still glossy and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides!
