Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. salmon filet
  • 1 cup soy sauce or soy or coconut aminos for gluten free
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne

Instructions

  • Combine the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, honey, garlic, ginger root and cayenne in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add salmon to the bowl and make sure it is fully submerged in the marinade. Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes to 3 hours prior to baking.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper.
  • Place salmon on baking sheet, and bake for 13-15 minutes until it is flakey but still glossy and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides!
