Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds Optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and pureĆ© on high until smooth.
  • Divide into two cups and serve immediately.
