Russet potatoes

Instructions
Pour one cup of water in the bottom of your instant pot, and insert the trivet.
Select potatoes of the same general size, wash, prick with holes, and place evenly on top of the trivet.
Pressure cook on high for the appropriate amount of time based on size of the potatoes. Small: 12 minutes, Medium: 16 minutes, Large: 20 minutes.
Natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release, and carefully remove from pressure cooker.
