Loaded Cauliflower Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 pound chicken, cooked & cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2-1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Bake chicken if needed.  Fry bacon if needed (especially in oven)
  • In a greased 9x13 pan, place cauliflower florets.  
  • Place chicken on top of cauliflower.
  • Add cheese.
  • Add bacon.
  • Add green onions (if using).
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.  Serve immediately.
