Ingredients

cups
plain Greek yogurt
you can use flavored if desired
¼
cup
maple syrup
1
cup
sliced strawberries
1
cup
blueberries
½
cup
crushed pecans
optional
a sprinkle of chia or flax seeds
optional
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt and maple syrup.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the yogurt mixture into a thin layer.
Top with fresh berries. Add crushed pecans, flax, seeds, and/or chia seeds if desired.
Freeze for at least three hours.
Once frozen, break into snack-sized chunks and place in a freezer-safe container. Store in the freezer for easy snacking!
Notes
Feel free to add additional toppings of your choice, including granola, chocolate chips, or other fresh berry varieties.
