Berry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 4 cups plain Greek yogurt you can use flavored if desired
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup crushed pecans optional
  • a sprinkle of chia or flax seeds optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt and maple syrup.
  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the yogurt mixture into a thin layer.
  • Top with fresh berries. Add crushed pecans, flax, seeds, and/or chia seeds if desired.
  • Freeze for at least three hours.
  • Once frozen, break into snack-sized chunks and place in a freezer-safe container. Store in the freezer for easy snacking!

Notes

Feel free to add additional toppings of your choice, including granola, chocolate chips, or other fresh berry varieties.
