What’s cold, creamy, sweet, fruity, crunchy, and packed with tons of protein?  Why this mouthwatering berry frozen yogurt bark of course! It’s a delicious and healthy option for a quick snack or decadent dessert, and is so easy to make.

Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark Ingredients

To make berry yogurt bark, you only need Greek yogurt, a little maple syrup or honey, some fresh or frozen berries, and then maybe some chopped pecans or granola to sprinkle on top if you like. That’s it! It’s easy enough that it’s a great option for kids to help prepare or maybe even do all on their own. So grab your ingredients and let’s do this!

How to Make Berry Yogurt Bark

Mix up your yogurt and maple syrup until thoroughly combined. Then spread some parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread the yogurt out in a thin layer. Drop your berries across the yogurt and be as generous as you like. I prefer to slice strawberries unless they are very small, but you can do what you like! Add a sprinkle of crushed pecans for an added crunch, or some chia or flax seeds for a little extra protein. You could even go crazy and top it with some chocolate granola or even some chocolate chips. Listen…there are no rules.

Toss your bark into the freezer for about 3 hours, and then remove and break into snack-sized pieces. Store in the freezer in a sealed container or resealable plastic bag. Voila! You now have a deliciously cold and creamy, protein rich, healthy snack option for you AND your kiddos. But you might want to keep this to yourself. I’m just saying. You’re probably gonna want to keep these on hand all the time, and considering how quick they are to throw together it won’t be hard to do so.
