Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/3 tsp ground ginger root

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, pulse until smooth and serve!
