Sweet Asian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds chicken, boneless, skinless
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (juice from approximately 1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a freezer-safe bag. If freezing, place bag in freezer until ready to use.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes if not freezing.

Grill

  • Grill on a medium-hot grill for a few minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake

  • Bake in a 400 degree oven on a greased baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness of the chicken, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit

Stir Fry

  • Cut into strips and stir fry with vegetables.

Slow Cooker

  • Place in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.

Notes

To defrost: Place in refrigerator overnight.
