Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup melted butter

Crisp:

  • 6-7 cups peeled apples (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Mix the topping ingredients together.

  2. Dump the crisp ingredients together into a 9x13 pan. Mix.
  3. Cover with the topping.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes on 350.
  5. Serve warm (but not too hot) and preferably with vanilla ice cream on top.
