I recently attended a blogger event at My Pie Pizza to check out this new locally-owned business in Omaha. Located on 120th & Blondo, My Pie Pizza offers delicious, gourmet pizzas, salads and local beers. What makes My Pie Pizza unique:
Pizzas cook in 2 minutes – Their special 800 degree oven cooks your pizza in only two minutes and the crust is crispy and delicious
Customizable Artisan Pies – Pick one of their delicious pizza creations or create your own! They even have a Husker pizza (pictured below on left) with roasted corn, hamburger and jalapenos. Mr. White (pictured on right) was my personal favorite.
Local Beer and Wine on Tap – Dine-in and get a discount on alcohol refills.
Gluten-Free Crust Available – Let them know you have a gluten sensitivity and they will make sure your pizza is prepared gluten-free, including the crust.
Vegan Options – Their crust is vegan and you can make an entire vegan pizza with toppings & vegan cheese.
Fresh & Local Ingredients – They have a pizza building station where you can watch employees add ingredients to your pizza and you can select the toppings you want.
Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies – Need I say more!
