I had the honor of being invited to try Jersey Mike’s Subs before the Grand Opening for their Friends and Family Night. They offer a wide variety of “Jersey Style” Cold Subs, Hot Subs, Sub in a Tub (any sub a salad), and Wraps.

It is all order by number, I had the #17 Jersey Mike’s Famous Philly, and my hubby had the #8 Club Sub the meat and cheese are sliced fresh in front of you as you order. All subs are prepared on fresh baked bread and using the freshest ingredients they can get. And they really pile it on! Jeff Marcotte, President, takes pride in the quality that goes into every sandwich. The regular size 8” sub was huge and my hubby had to finish mine.

Wednesday, July 30 will kick off the Grand Opening for Jersey Mike’s Subs. They are conveniently located just off of 15th and Cornhusker in Bellevue. This is the first location for the Omaha Metro area, but there are two locations in Lincoln, and plans for three more in the Omaha Metro Area soon. If you love subs you have to give them a try.

This has been a 2 ½ year project for Mr. Marcotte and I recommend it. The subs are delicious!
