I love a quick and easy side dish for meals. These cheesy biscuits are a family favorite and we serve them with soups, chicken breast, steak, pasta or seafood. My kids get very excited when they see me bake a batch of these and best part is it takes less than 15 minutes start to finish.
I used sharp cheddar in my biscuits, but you can use any flavor of cheese you desire. Crystal Farms® carries a variety of shredded cheeses so pick the one that goes best with your entree. Crystal Farms Wisconsin garlic jack cheese would be amazing with a pasta dish. My husband loves when I use Crystal Farms Pepper Jack cheese for a little extra kick in these biscuits.
These cheese biscuits are so easy to make with only three simple ingredients: all purpose baking mix, Crystal Farms shredded cheese and milk.
To make simply combine those three ingredients.
Stir until a soft dough forms. This usually only takes about 30 seconds.
Shape dough into golf ball sized balls on greased pan. Each batch makes 12 biscuits, which makes a perfect side dish to serve 4-6 people for a family meal.
Bake until they are a nice golden brown. You can brush some melted butter with garlic butter for added flavor. It’s optional, but I highly recommend.
Serve these biscuits with any entree as a delicious side dish. There are no preservatives in this recipe, so enjoy the biscuits within a few days for optimum flavor. A batch of these biscuits never last long in my house. My whole family enjoys them and I love that I can make them quickly to go with our dinner.

The cheesy corn casserole with kale sounds fabulous. I love Wisconsin cheddar.
The link in your email took me to this on pintrest and said these are vegetarian and gluten free-yet they have milk, cheese and baking mix (which I assume has flour in it.) The pintrest link brought me here. I’m thoroughly confused.
I’m confused too. This is definitely not gluten-free or vegetarian. I looked into it and did notice the same on Pinterest, but I have no option to fix it. I wonder if it’s a Pinterest update that isn’t working correctly. I’ll keep trying to figure it out. Thanks for letting me know.
