I recently had an opportunity to send a Mom Saves Money representative to meet the owner and founder of Firehouse Subs and sample their most popular items on their menu.

They tried the Hook & Ladder Sub, New York Steamer Sub, Italian Sub and Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. Every sub comes with a pickle and you can get a combo with chips & a drink. The drink machine is a Coca-Cola freestyle, where you can make over 120+ drink combinations. The Firehouse Subs signature drink creation is the cherry limeade.

The subs were delicious and the meats very juicy. The meat was so flavorful it overpowered the cheese on some subs. The breads was moist and the Smores brownie dessert was a hit!

Firehouse Subs sells their used pickle buckets for only a few dollars and all the proceeds go The Public Safety Foundation. There are 10+ locations in the Metro area and over 800+ restaurants in 32 states across the nation.

If you have kids, you will be excited to know that locally kids eat free on Mondays and for $0.99 on Tuesdays. You can get two free or discounted kid’s meal per adult meal purchased. The kids meal includes a sandwich, chips or dessert, drink and a fire hat.
