My Review
I received a short sample of Home Ec 101 from One2One Network and am seriously considering buying the ebook for my Nook. Based on the table of contents this book covers every major area of basic home maintenance (cleaning, cooking, washing and fixing.) I like that this book can be a sole resource for many domestic questions or concerns.

Heather Solos’ writing style is relaxed, upbeat and easy to follow. She is honest about home upkeep, admitting that it does take work. However, implementing her techniques and advice can make it a little less work.
