Did you know Omaha has a new indoor trampoline park the just opened this month? Sky Zone is an independently owned franchise on 4215 S 133rd St that is full of fun!

The Omaha Sky Zone is impressive with a huge free jump main court, two dodgeball courts, three trampoline basketball hoops, a foam zone where you jump into 10,000 foam blocks, a toddler jump area and two party rooms. My whole family jumped on opening day and had a blast!

My son and husband LOVED the dodgeball court and had a mean game of dodgeball going. The balls are super soft so they don’t hurt when you get hit and it’s tons of competitive fun. I couldn’t get my eight year old daughter away from the foam block jump. She must have done the jump 30+ times and was getting really good at tricks. My husband did some serious cardio work in the free jump court. He was a sweaty mess and I bet he burned 1,000 calories in that hour. His only complaint was that the stickers they have you wear with your jump times should be waterproof because they started to fall off with all the sweat.

Our almost four year old son was just tall enough to enjoy all the activities at Sky Zone. If he were under 40 inches in height he would be limited to the toddler zone which is much smaller and parents cannot jump there for the child’s safety. Toddler prices are cheaper, but I think that it would limit the parent’s fun staying with a toddler in the toddler zone. For that reason, I highly recommend Sky Zone for kids that are over 40″ who can enjoy the entire facility or visit Sky Zone just for the toddler to jump. They will start a toddler time in the future which will be just for the little ones so they can enjoy more of Sky Zone’s trampolines and still stay safe. I think that would be perfect it you only have little ones that day.

I will say that Sky Zone is awesome exercise. I didn’t feel like I exerted that much energy, but I was sweaty after a few minutes of jumping and a little sore the next day. The best thing is all three kids were completely spent and went to bed early that night! Win for mom & dad!
