We all remember the classic fairytale of “The Sleeping Beauty” with a fairytale princess, evil witch and that classic true love’s kiss. Now, watch the story unfold in a live performance featuring the Moscow Festival Ballet on January 23, 2016 in Omaha. This is a one-night only performance that is suitable for all ages.

I am taking my almost 10-year old daughter to this classic ballet performance from Pyotr Tchaikovsky (repertoire also includes The Nutcracker and Swan Lake.) This will be her first ever live ballet performance!

She loves dance and every show we attend opens possibilities and ideas for her. She’s been working on her circus acts since Cirque Mechanics Pedal Punk and discovered women can be famous for more than acting and singing when we saw Mireya Mayor. I can’t wait to see what she takes away from her first ballet experience and will enjoy these precious moments spent with my daughter.
