Fall is here! Along with the cooler weather – thank you Mother Nature! I’m loving the drop in temperature. It’s much more pleasant to sit at a Flag Football game when the temperature is in the 70s compared to the high 90s. Give me that kind of game any day!
We were just starting to settle into a good routine when we got thrown some curveballs – namely a knee injury that we thought wasn’t any big deal, but turned out to need knee surgery for my 10-year-old. Apparently, he has a knee cap that doesn’t really like to stay in place. That’s no good.
But we’ll get back to normal eventually. To keep chaos to little as possible, I’ll continue to menu plan. At least some plan is better than no plan, even if I have to change the plan at the last minute sometimes.
A menu plan helps me stay in control of our expenses and our schedule. And to make smart use of my grocery dollars. Plan with me! Whether you use this one or one you make yourself, a menu plan will bring you more peace in the kitchen. Want a menu plan that’s even more simple than this one? AND includes a shopping list?
