Enjoy this July meal plan with a printable calendar and easy, family-friendly recipes.

Can you believe that 2025 is 1/2 way over? It’s crazy how that happens! My kids have already been out of school for a whole month and time is flying by! Just another 5 1/2 weeks and they’re back in school again. Time to hit the pool more and more.

We attended an out-of-town wedding earlier in June, making a long weekend at Mall of America and Great Wolf Lodge. We’re done vacationing for the summer, but we have some more fun times planned. 4th of July. My brother’s 40th birthday. The end of STEM Camp. Enjoying the heat outside and the cool inside.

For the next couple of weeks, I’m focusing on cleaning out our pantry and the freezer. They need cleaned out – like actually cleaned – and that’s easier when there’s less food in there. So I’m using cleaning as my incentive to really eat from the freezers and pantry. I’ve been wanting to re-paint most of the rooms in our house and that project will have to wait another year (due to budget constraints), so I think I’m channeling my “make this home tidier and cleaner” into the fridge and pantry!

A menu plan will help me eat from the freezer and pantry. So plan with me! Whether you use this one or one you make yourself, a menu plan will bring you more peace in the kitchen. Want a menu plan that’s even more simple than this one? AND includes a shopping list? Try this one: ‘Incredibly Easy 5-Ingredient Meal Plan and Cookbook’ available on Amazon!

3 philly cheesesteaks on a baking sheet with melted cheese

I can’t remember how old I was when I had my first Philly cheesesteak sandwich, but I do remember the experience – rich, savory steak, melted cheese, and just the right amount of spice in a soft hoagie roll. It was love at first bite. What took me far too long to realize, though, is Read more
