It’s a cake! It’s a brownie! It’s actually both…so does that make it a cawnie? Or maybe a broke? Okay, neither of those are good names, so let’s just call this a Brownie Cake. It couldn’t be any easier – it’s essentially the marriage between a cake mix and a brownie mix. Add in some eggs and oil and bam! You have a really good dessert. Add chocolate frosting and some vanilla ice cream and your family and friends will be singing your praises!
Now this isn’t a light and airy type of chocolate cake. But that’s intentional – it’s definitely more dense because of the brownie mix. It makes for a ‘heartier’ cake. It’s just great!
