Enjoy this January meal plan with a printable calendar and easy, family-friendly recipes.

It’s 2026! Are you a “New Year’s Resolution” person? Are you Team “Why January 1? I can make changes any time.” Or are you on Team “New Year, New Me!” I haven’t made a New Year’s Resolution in a long time, but it is a time to stop and think if I do want to make any changes in my life. For many though, it can be a good time to start eating healthier, spend more wisely, read more books, or spend more time at home. Those are always good things.

2026 will be a full year for us. We have 2 international vacations planned. My 13-year-old will be 14 and hopes to get a part-time job this summer. We have 2 in middle school for one more year. We hope to paint most of the interior walls and install new woodwork in most of our main level. I hope 2026 is full of fun! But it will also be kind of expensive.

I’ll still keep menu planning. I’m going on 15 year now; it’s just such an ingrained habit in my life. “New Week, New Plan” is my motto. I can’t imagine not having one. Even when we deviate from it, it helps my peace to just have a plan. So plan with me! Whether you use this one or one you make yourself, a menu plan will bring you more peace in the kitchen.
