Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Easy, 5-ingredient breakfast or brunch casserole recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 lb mild sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and roll out crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan.
  • Brown & drain your sausage. If using salsa (and I would!), mix the salsa in with the sausage. Pour on top of the rolls.
  • Top with the beaten eggs.
  • Top with the cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes until cheese is brown.
