Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 package crescent rolls
- 1 lb mild sausage, browned and drained
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and roll out crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan.
- Brown & drain your sausage. If using salsa (and I would!), mix the salsa in with the sausage. Pour on top of the rolls.
- Top with the beaten eggs.
- Top with the cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes until cheese is brown.
