DETAILS ABOUT OMAHA STEAK’S INBOUND SALES POSITION
When you are hired as an inbound sales rep for Omaha Steaks, you will receive 20 hours of training in a high tech training facility on-site. You will learn how to answer calls, navigate their computer system for taking orders and tips to increase your sales. Omaha Steaks will provide you with all the training and support you need to be successful.

The calls are inbound, so the customers call you and are ready to place orders! Inbound reps receive a cubicle, computer and headphones and wait for calls to come in from customers. Omaha Steaks has amazing specials you can offer the customers which makes earning more commission very easy.

Inbound sale representatives receive a base hourly rate plus commission. The average temp wage for this position is $10/hour. They ask that you work a minimum of 16 hours per week with and extra 5 hour shift the weeks of December 7 and 14. They also require that you work December 8 and 15, their two busiest call days of the year. This is a great job if you are a stay at home mom and want to work while the kids are in school or want to pick up some evening hours to supplement your income.

Omaha Steaks is giving aways $1,000 weekly to their employees in November and December, have attendance bonuses and rehire bonuses up to $500. This is also the time of year to get your foot in the door at Omaha Steaks if you are looking for a permanent year-round position.
