Halloween is so much fun and the Omaha area & surrounding communities have some amazing FREE events for families! Here is a huge list with over 50 events coming in the next few weeks. Note, some of the library programs you must preregister, so make sure to do that early if you plan to attend. If you have another free event to include, please click ‘contact’ and let me know.

Sunday, October 17
Bellevue Public Library Fright Theater – 3pm-8pm Young adult horror movie marathon. Permission slip required if under 17 and sign up at front desk for pizza.

LaVista Public Library Halloween Hustle Dance Party – 4pm featuring author Charlotte Gunnufson reading her story, crafts & Halloween Hustle. Ideal for ages 3-10

Boston Boo Bash @ Sue’s Park – 1pm-3pm featuring costume contest for dogs & humans, hot dog bobbing, free dog nail trims, coloring contest and more
Hy-Vee Tick-or-Treat – 1pm-4pm featuring trick-or-treating, mini pumpkins, cookie decorating and coloring activity
