Can you believe it’s almost summer break for the kids?  We are starting to plan our family summer bucket list of fun and we always include at least one educational camp per child. My kids absolutely love attending camp with their peers and they get a much needed break from their siblings and mom. (Or, is it moms gets a much needed break?)

Omaha Children’s Museum camps are taught by experienced museum educators, so kids learn through exciting interactions and activities in a safe environment! Each camp is a fun theme and are for ages 2-8. There are so many options, but here are the highlights:

New summer camps for 2016 include Adventures in Storybook Land (ages 4-5) and All Star Wacky Olympics (ages 4-5 & 6-8), Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead (girl power camp with Science, Tech, Engineering, Art and Math focus for ages 6-8), and Grossology (ages 6-8).

Popular returning camps include Jedi Training for both ages 4-5 and 6-8 and Minecraft for ages 6-8. (These two typically fill up fast and some dates are already full.) There’s also an art-centric camps for both age groups called Masterpiece Mania, one for kindergarten readiness called Dora Goes to Kindergarten, and one for animal lovers called Pet Vet (ages 4-5).

There is such a variety of themes, I’m sure you will find one your kids will love!
