Enjoy this August 2024 meal plan with a printable calendar and easy, family-friendly recipes.
School goes back next week. That’s crazy! At least, it goes back next week here in Nebraska. Different parts of the country might get some more time.
We’re slowing down our schedules. We’ve had some health concerns and family transitions amongst our extended family, so I’m taking the opportunity to say “No” to as many optional things as possible. It has made me stop and think about what I really value, so we’ve said “Yes” to having friends over, taking a day-trip here and there and making some memories. That’s been fun.
But school will start soon and so will soccer and Flag Football. Those aren’t too intense, but they will fill up our Saturday mornings this Fall. And with our first born starting middle school, we’ll be focusing on learning some new things – including an increased appreciation for study habits! But I’ll keep planning things in the kitchen as NOT having a plan is anxiety inducing for me. Menu plan with me! Want a menu plan that includes shopping list?
