Easy Beer Bread
- 3 cups flour (whole wheat, use 1 ½ cups white and 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can beer or carbonated beverage of choice
Mix dry ingredients.
Add beer, just until moistened (may be lumpy).
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Enjoy your homemade bread!
