This is a super easy recipe for beer bread that tastes much better than the expensive boxed mixes. Enjoy!
Easy Beer Bread (1 loaf)
3 cups flour (whole wheat, use 1 ½ cups white and 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 can beer or carbonated beverage of choice
Mix dry ingredients. Add beer, just until moistened (may be lumpy). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Enjoy your homemade bread!
