It’s no secret around here that I love cookies.
- Chocolate chip
- Oatmeal Raisin
- White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies
- Mint Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
- Peanut Butter
- M&M Cookies
But I also like cookie bars. They’re easier in some ways, but they are still essentially a cookie in rectangular form! Bars like:
- Sugar Cookie Bars
- Monster Cookie Bars
- Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
- M&M Cookie Bars
- Triple Chip Oatmeal Cookie Bars
This is an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie in bar form. It’s a substantial cookie because of the oatmeal, but it’s a melty-gooey cookie because of the chocolate chips. This recipe is meant for a 9×13 pan, which is perfect for a family or if you’re not cooking for a big crowd. My family loves them! Yours will too!
