March is here! Anyone else remember the phrase “In like a lion, out like a lamb”? I remember learning that in elementary school because the weather changes so much. Here I sit on a Tuesday right before the month starts and it is C-O-L-D while we had 80 degree weather the days before. Crazy!
No matter the weather though, I gotta menu plan! We have some big expenses coming up and my grocery budget is the one area that I can control. I can’t really say “Oh, I just won’t pay for utilities this month” as easily as I can say “We’ll stick to less expensive meals”. That’s much more easily done.
